Reasons why I still hate valentines day even though I’m not single
I don’t even get to spend valentines day with my boyfriend. No, instead he gets to spend it at work because his manager can’t work anymore and the other manager busted his knee and I have to sit at home with my cat, doing absolutely nothing.
Fuck. This commercialized holiday. Seriously.
This is on a temporary hiatus, due to the fact that I’m pregnant.
I am gonna go back on hcg after thanksgiving. Don’t care about christmas food. Just thanksgiving. I really wanna be thin for spring :)

New approach. I can’t do hcg anymore. Its just screwing with my body and my brain and I’m ALWAYS hungry and moody and I feel extremely deprived.
It was a good idea while it lasted and maybe when I have more will power I’ll try again. Until then though I am going to start small.
First two things I need to do… Cut out soda and get bikram yoga back in my life.
I know this is a lot of my problem.
Stop a moment and think. Are you bored? Angry? Lonely? Tired? Frustrated? Are you really hungry, or just feeling emotional? Maybe your stomach is just feeling a bit empty, making you prone to emotional eating. Often it’s as simple as this. Your emotions are dominating you, and you’re turning automatically to an old habit. Stop and distract yourself with something else. Find something to occupy your mind. Use your time on the HCG diet to beat your emotional eating habits, and you’ll be rewarded with a lifetime of healthier eating.
Day Five.
I may have to temporarily unfollow all the food blogs on my regular tumblr. Jesus christ i’m getting the worst cravings, and working in a mall, with food all day, does not help.
what I wouldn’t do for a chicken sandwich with american cheese and mayo, some waffle fries and a milkshake from chick-fil-a.

Day Four.
198.7 Pounds baby! I can’t even remember the last time I was under 200 was. I’m so excited and I’m so happy I finally found something that works for me.
Day Three.
Now the real dieting begins. Yesterday I broke and boyfriend and I went to smokey bones, so I had my last fried food and chocolate cake for awhile.
However, stepping on the scale today I dropped 1.5 lbs! Thank you HCG. :)
about to eat some cucumbers, chicken and cantaloupe for lunch. Never in my life has that sounded so delicious. :)
I love progress, and 203.9 is progress enough for me.
